|
School Wide-Positive Behavior Support(SW-PBS) and Response to Intervention(RtI) apply multi -tiered model that consists of the first, second and third prevention for preventing behavior and academic problem of students with disabilities by meeting various individual needs of the students. The purpose of this study is to analyze studies focusing on the second prevention in multi-tiered model such as School Wide-Positive Behavior Support(SW-PBS)and Response to Intervention(RtI), which have not applied yet in the filed of Korean special education, and to provide several implications for its applications as follows: 1) development of effective data collection system to monitor and evaluate students¡¯ progress, 2) issues related to functional assessment and effect of various second prevention based on the functional assessment, 3) the impact of family support and collaboration with parents, and 4) the implication of the multi-tiered model in Korea.
